History
| 1997 | The initial company, Major in Business Development and Promotion. |
| 1998 | Because of business expansion, Establishment of the Engineering Department, Procurement of new Fiber Fusion Splicer and OTDR. |
| 1999 | Strategic alliance with HP for Chimei Innolux network project; alliance with IBM, obtaining IBM ACS technical certification. |
| 2000 | Established branch office in Tainan City to provide responsive services to local customers. |
| 2001 | Completion of Chimei Innolux 2.5 Phase; improved TSMC plant APC UPS system; became AVAYA Southern District reseller. |
| 2002 | Established branch office in Hualien City; provided FLUKE test equipment training. |
| 2004 | Established branch office in Taichung City to provide responsive services. |
| 2005 | Completion of Tainan branch building; completed 6th phase of Corning Incorporated factory. |
| 2006 | Completion of head office building and Chimei Innolux FAB5 factory. |
| 2007 | Completion of Chimei Innolux Fifth and Sixth Phase; staff achieved CCNA certifications. |
